Is shipping really free on Enthusiast and up?
Yes. Free standard shipping on every Enthusiast and Connoisseur shipment, no minimum. Explorer shipments include a $7 shipping fee.
What’s the cold-pack add-on?
During warm months we offer a $2 insulation add-on to keep your chocolate in perfect condition during transit.
Can I gift a subscription?
Our Gift Pass is a 3-month prepaid plan for $99. The recipient picks their own taste profile and can swap or skip just like a regular subscriber.
